Terms and Conditions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Participants must be enrolled in the RDY Program for a minimum of two consecutive months.
- Full participation in all required activities, exercises, and assignments during this period is mandatory.
Refund Request Process:
- After completing the two-month program, participants who are unsatisfied may submit a refund request.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after completing the two-month period.
- Participants must provide a detailed explanation of why they are requesting a refund, including specific reasons for dissatisfaction.
Verification and Approval:
- ReDefine Training will review the refund request, verifying the participant’s completion of the program requirements.
- If the participant has not met the eligibility criteria, the refund request will be denied.
- The approval of a refund request is at the sole discretion of ReDefine Training.
Refund Exclusions:
- The money-back guarantee only applies to the core RDY Program fees.
- Any additional services, products, or programs purchased in conjunction with the RDY Program are non-refundable.
- Participants who have previously requested a refund for any ReDefine Training program will not be eligible for this guarantee.
Refund Method:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
Program Termination:
- ReDefine Training reserves the right to terminate access to the program if it determines that the participant has violated these terms and conditions or acted in bad faith.
Modifications:
- ReDefine Training reserves the right to modify or terminate the money-back guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect participants currently enrolled under the existing terms.
