Terms and Conditions

    • Participants must be enrolled in the RDY Program for a minimum of two consecutive months.
    • Full participation in all required activities, exercises, and assignments during this period is mandatory.
  2. Refund Request Process:

    • After completing the two-month program, participants who are unsatisfied may submit a refund request.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days after completing the two-month period.
    • Participants must provide a detailed explanation of why they are requesting a refund, including specific reasons for dissatisfaction.
  3. Verification and Approval:

    • ReDefine Training will review the refund request, verifying the participant’s completion of the program requirements.
    • If the participant has not met the eligibility criteria, the refund request will be denied.
    • The approval of a refund request is at the sole discretion of ReDefine Training.
  4. Refund Exclusions:

    • The money-back guarantee only applies to the core RDY Program fees.
    • Any additional services, products, or programs purchased in conjunction with the RDY Program are non-refundable.
    • Participants who have previously requested a refund for any ReDefine Training program will not be eligible for this guarantee.
  5. Refund Method:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
    • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
  6. Program Termination:

    • ReDefine Training reserves the right to terminate access to the program if it determines that the participant has violated these terms and conditions or acted in bad faith.
  7. Modifications:

    • ReDefine Training reserves the right to modify or terminate the money-back guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect participants currently enrolled under the existing terms.
